Gasum Consulting Oy to merge with Gasum Ltd on March 31, 2021

Gasum Consulting Oy (2093299-9) will merge with Gasum Ltd on March 31, 2021. Gasum Consulting Oy is a fully owned subsidiary of Gasum Ltd, and the purpose of the merger is to simplify the corporate structure of the Gasum Group.

The agreements of the merging company will be transferred automatically to Gasum Ltd in conjunction with the merger, and the change of contractual party will not require any measures by customers.

Invoice bank account number to change from April 1, 2021

Please note when paying your invoices that the invoicing company and the bank account number on the invoices will change as from April 1, 2021.
