Gasum is a state-owned company committed to supplying more renewable gas to the European market to meet growing sustainable energy demands. Our goal is to offer 7 TWh of renewable gas annually by 2027. We are one of the largest biomethane producers in the Nordics, with a strong focus on renewable gas.

We simplify the process for existing producers and reduce risks for new projects with streamlined sourcing contracts featuring long-term, predictable pricing. Typically, we sign agreements for the entire output of plants which, like ours, use Renewable Energy Directive (RED) compliant materials to produce sustainable biomethane.

With our extensive customer base and flexible pricing based on volume and CO2 reduction, we ensure secure off-take through our complete value chain covering both gaseous and liquefied markets. Our pricing models consider volume, GHG, EUA, double counting, and science-based targets.
